As the former Eloqua training manager, Ken has spent hundreds of hours in the field helping marketers design, build out and improve their marketing automation programs - everything from basic email and form landing pages through to the most complex lead scoring programs, named account strategies and multi-language hypersites just to name a few.

Prior to joining Eloqua, Ken spent 10+ years in the technology industry learning what marketers need to do to drive sales results and to be cost-efficient.  He had opportunities to observe and practice a wide range of B2B strategies and tactics, while working for some of the world's best-known and innovative companies both in Canada and the United States -- Dell, FairMarket and Rational Software among others.
